WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our Wholesale Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all August June Desserts Cafe Collection wholesale purchases made through our portal and are intended to ensure a consistent, professional partnership experience.  By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. WHOLESALE PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Cafe Collection is a curated wholesale dessert partnership offering:

  • Everything Oatmeal Cookies

  • Bella’s Brownies

  • Seasonal Monthly Cupcake Features

 

All items are crafted in small batches and intended for resale in boutique cafés and coffee shops.

2. APPROVED WHOLESALE PARTNERS

Wholesale ordering is available to approved café partners only.
Submission of an inquiry form does not guarantee approval.

August June Desserts reserves the right to accept or decline wholesale partnerships based on brand alignment, capacity, and delivery availability.

3. ORDERING PORTAL & WEEKLY DEADLINE

All wholesale orders must be submitted through the official portal:

www.augustjunedesserts.com/wholesale

 

Order Deadline

Orders must be placed by: Tuesday at 12:00 PM (Noon) to be guaranteed for the following Tuesday delivery cycle. Orders submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed and may be fulfilled based on availability and production priority.

4. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Wholesale minimums are required for all items:

  • Everything Oatmeal Cookie: 2 dozen (24) minimum

  • Bella’s Brownies: 1 dozen (12) minimum

  • Seasonal Cupcakes: 1 dozen per flavor minimum

Orders below minimum quantities may not be accepted.

5. PAYMENT POLICY (PREPAID ONLY)

  • All wholesale orders must be prepaid in full at checkout via offered payment options.

  • Orders are not placed into production until payment is received.

  • Orders are scheduled and fulfilled based on confirmation priority and weekly production capacity.

  • No payment, no production, no delivery.

 

6. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • Wholesale deliveries are completed via the Tuesday Delivery Route for Charlotte area partners.

  • Delivery windows are approximate and may vary based on route volume.

  • Wholesale partners are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries.

  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.

7. PACKAGING & CASE-READY PRESENTATION

All Cafe Collection items are delivered professionally packaged and ready for retail display:

  • Cookies and brownies are individually wrapped.

  • Cupcakes are individually packaged in clear clamshell containers

  • Ingredient and allergen labeling is included on packaging.

​

8. SEASONAL OFFERINGS

Seasonal cupcake flavors rotate monthly and are updated inside the portal at the beginning of each month.

Offerings are subject to availability and may change without notice.

9. ALLERGEN ADVISORY

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

  • Milk, wheat, eggs, soy, nuts, and other allergens.

  • Select products may contain nut ingredients and are prepared in a kitchen that also processes dairy and nut products.

  • Wholesale partners are responsible for communicating allergen information to customers.

  • Ingredient and allergen labeling is included on packaging.

10. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all wholesale sales are final.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued once production has begun.

​

11. TEMPORARY CLOSURES & LIMITED AVAILABILITY

August June Desserts is a boutique, owner-operated studio. All items are crafted by a sole baker in small weekly batches. Occasionally, production may pause due to scheduled vacation or unforeseen illness. Partners will be notified as early as possible if ordering or delivery is temporarily unavailable.

12. PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

Wholesale partners are responsible for:

  • Proper storage and handling of products upon receipt.

  • Food safety compliance once delivered.

  • Accurate resale labeling and allergen communication.

 

August June Desserts is not responsible for product quality after delivery acceptance.
