Hello! I am Natosha Fleming, cake artist and owner of August June Desserts,
where we believe that there is NOTHING better than a freshly baked dessert!
August June Desserts is a Charlotte, North Carolina based boutique cake studio specializing in refined
buttercream cakes for weddings, corporate events, and life’s most meaningful celebrations.
Every cake is crafted from scratch, designed with intention, and executed with precision.
August June Desserts was established in 2010 by incorporating the love of baking with newly found cake decorating skills. I already knew how to bake cakes, but wanted to learn how to decorate them so that I could create cakes that were not only delicious, but beautiful. After taking cake decorating classes at a local craft store I fell in love with the decorating aspect of the craft. Once family and friends tasted the cakes/cupcakes,
the idea of turning the hobby into a business was launched.
The name August June Desserts is a combination of the birth months of myself (August) and my son Ryan (June).

I love exploring colors, textures, and design elements to transform cakes into edible works of art. Each creation is thoughtfully designed to reflect the occasion while bringing together beautiful presentation and exceptional flavor.
Whether celebrating a birthday, wedding, anniversary, or another meaningful milestone, I believe a beautifully crafted cake adds something special to the experience.
My work has been featured in Charlotte Magazine, Huami Charlotte Magazine, and on WCCB and WBTV news segments. My cake designs have also appeared in published styled shoots featured by Love Inc. Mag, Equally Wed, and Dancing with Her.
In 2021, August June Desserts was recognized by Wedding Rule as one of Charlotte's Top 10 Wedding Cake Bakers.
