"I have the right to life, liberty, and chicken wings" - Mindy Kaling

What’s the best item to have on the menu for a Super Bowl party?  Wings of course!

With Super Bowl LVII right around the corner, it would only be fitting to post these recipes for wings, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dip. I love flavorful seasoned chicken wings, and you can’t go wrong with these!  Try them out for yourself!  And the ranch dip and buffalo sauces are out of this world!

Super Seasoned Chicken Wings Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix all of the seasonings in a small bowl and put to the side.

  3. Clean/rinse the chicken wings and pat dry.

  4. Add the chicken wings to a bowl add seasoning mix and mix with chicken until well coated.

  5. Place the wings in a baking dish/pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.

  6. Remove chicken wings from the oven and drain on paper towel.

  7. Toss wings in buffalo sauce. (Optional)

Ranch Dip Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon finely cracked pepper

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  1. Chop fresh chives and fresh dill, and put to the side.

  2. In a medium sized bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and Worcestershire sauce.

  3. Add onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, cracked pepper, and cayenne pepper.

  4. Mix all ingredients until smooth, and refrigerate until ready to use.

  5. For best results, refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Buffalo Wing Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  2. Stir the mixture with a whisk until the butter melts. Allow the mixture to come to a simmer.

  3. Once the sauce comes to a simmer, remove the saucepan from the heat.

  4. Allow the sauce to cool slightly.

  5. The sauce will thicken as it cools. Whisk the sauce before pouring over the wings.

  6. Refrigerate any left over sauce. When the mixture is refrigerated, the butter may separate and harden. Simply reheat to make the sauce smooth again.
